Because Cinque Terre consists of quiet, car-free fishing villages, dedicated "sports bars" are rare.

Your best bets are local cafes and pubs that broadcast major European football, Formula 1, and Rugby.

The prime locations include:

Fast Bar (Monterosso al Mare): Located right in the village, this is the top local spot for tourists and residents to catch major matches. They serve great Aperol spritzes, focaccia, and are very accommodating about putting games on the screen, though Serie A usually takes priority. 

Bar O'Netto (Riomaggiore): Known as a friendly European-style spot in the quieter village of Riomaggiore, it occasionally plays international sports (such as Rugby) alongside their usual great beer and cocktail offerings.

La Spezia: If you are looking for a bigger sports bar atmosphere, just catch a 20-minute regional train from Cinque Terre to La Spezia and head to The Break (Varco Stagoni) to watch matches on larger screens.
